Job Description:

Duties include:
•Insuring installers have all inventory needed for jobs (all parts and supplies necessary to do each job are available at warehouse, on the truck or delivered to job site prior to start of install)
•Insuring that inventory is pulled and staged the day before (while always watching the schedule out a week at a time) and is ready for the installers to load the equipment each morning.
•Coordinating and communicate closely with sales, install teams, warehouse personnel, job sites, billing, etc. to insure smooth process from start to completion of all equipment projects and make sure the customer is pleased with level of service provided. Candidate needs to gain a clear understanding of all work flows surrounding our installation process.
•Establishing/updating checklists to insure proper flow with all departments involved in projects/installs
•Ordering/purchasing equipment for jobs and stock based upon pre-determined inventory levels under direction and approval of GM; this will also involve tracking equipment, scheduling incoming deliveries of equipment, quoting large jobs, and receiving/allocating equipment as necessary.

Requirements:
•Strong communication/interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
•Basic understanding of construction environment and scheduling.
•Flexibility with regards to work environment (ability to alternate working in warehouse and office environments throughout the day).
•Extremely detail-oriented and analytical.
•Possess willingness to ask questions for understanding for clarity on all jobs/tasks
•Knowledge of establishing and maintaining physical equipment inventory levels in multiple warehouse locations with guidance and approval of General Manager.
