BBQ1, located at 4944 Lower Roswell Road, specializes in catering and take-out barbecue ribs, shoulders, hog meat and sides. Keeping with competition quality, BBQ1 transfers the same barbecue competition cooking techniques used in professional competitions over to the kitchen.
