Headquartered in northeast Atlanta, Halpern Enterprises owns more than 3.4 million square feet of leasable space in 33 retail properties. The company manages these centers with a long-term perspective, taking a "hands-on" approach that helps ensure the continuing success of each property. With leasing, management and maintenance staff assigned to each shopping center, tenants receive personal attention and unusually high value for their rental dollar.

Halpern personnel are sensitive to the needs of all our tenants. By structuring flexible, affordable leases, and creating a highly desirable tenant mix, we have maintained an occupancy rate well above industry averages throughout our more than 50 years in business.
