Individual or Team programs can be tailored to fit your needs for the sport or even the individual position. Here are some of our programs:
- Private Sessions: 30 minutes 2 options
- Individual one on one training
- Small Group 2-3 Athletes of the same age and skill level
- Group Sessions: 60 minutes
- 6 to 8 Athletes of same age and skill level
- For Middle School, High School or College
- Team or your own private group: 60 minutes
- form your own minimum of 8 athletes from your team
- Summer Camp Sessions
- 2 - 3 hours long 2 days a week
- Fifth and Middle School Morning Tue & Thu 9-Noon or 6:30PM-7:30PM
- High School/College Mon & Wed 9-11AM or 6:30PM-7:30PM
- Ages 9-11 years Friday 9-11AM
- Cost $295 10 sessions or $395 unlimited
