Central Gymnastics Academy Mission
Central Gymnastics Academy in West Cob is known for having the highest quality in staff, facility, and curriculum. We offer unique combinations of classes, many at our clients requests. We know how to make learning successful, fun, and exciting for all children. We believe that gymnastics helps develop increased fitness and better yet, lasting fitness habits.
We believe that feeling competent physically leads to a general belief, “I am capable” which is a foundational component of a healthy self-esteem. Our mission is that as we teach gymnastics and tumbling, we will make a positive difference in the lives of children.
Our West Cobb Facility
Central Gymnastics Academy is a premier training facility for gymnastics and tumbling. We have a multi-use ethafoam spring cheer floor (GHSA Mandated). And for our youngest students we have a separate warm up/music appreciation area and an area for locomotor and hand eye coordination. Our equipment includes balance beams, vault, an in-ground trampoline, in-ground foam pit, bar stations , a full size competition spring floor, and circuit training areas. For our boys we have pommel horse, parallel bars, and rings.
