Our practice primarily focuses on defense of physicians, nurses and other health care professionals as well as hospitals and other medical facilities in medical malpractice and professional negligence cases. We have defended over 400 medical negligence cases and we have tried dozens of these cases to jury verdict.

Our approach to defending all types of cases includes early intervention (when possible) to assess and evaluate the evidence and the potential legal and factual defenses in order to recommend defense, early mediation or other settlement options.
